A Lack of Neglect…

At first, this statement seems to be counterintuitive. Yet, if we look closer, we realize it’s real meaning. A lack of neglect is actually doing the opposite of not doing something. In other words, it’s doing something.

Confidence comes from doing simple daily disciplines done over a period of time. When you work hard and do these things, you reach the end of your day feeling better about yourself. You go to bed at night feeling accomplished and fulfilled because you did what most people will not do.

What are a couple little disciplines you can incorporate into your day to help you reach your goals? Perhaps exercise 20 minutes or read 10 pages out of a good book. Whatever it may be, by doing simple things every day it will build your self-confidence and ability to be more accomplished in life.
